Young Bucks Once Again Mock Tony Khan's Social Media Sendoff After AEW Dynamite

AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks are at it again on social media following another week of despicable actions on TV. After taking over the show from AEW President Tony Khan, who The Elite injured on the April 24 "AEW Dynamite," Matthew and Nicholas Jackson decided to take things a little further with their old friend Kenny Omega. "The Cleaner" made his return to AEW for the first time since December, but was brutally attacked by the Bucks, Kazuchika Okada, and Jack Perry, despite revealing to the fans that any blunt force trauma to his stomach could potentially kill him. Once Omega was wheeled to the backstage area, The Elite pushed him off his stretcher, while also beating up FTR who tried to help Omega.

To add insult to injury, Matthew and Nicholas took to X (formerly Twitter) to post two messages. The first was yet another post in the style of Khan, which read "What a great 3 hours of @AEW tonight w/ #AEWDynamite & #AEWRampage! Another fantastic cliffhanger ending, highlighted by the return of @KennyOmegamanX! Thank you everyone for tuning in!" The next post saw them putting their own dots together when it came to who they've performed their recent finishing moves on. "TK Driver on TK. EVP Trigger on an EVP."

The EVPs were all over the May 1 "AEW Dynamite" from start to finish. They interrupted Khan's message at the top of the show with their own version of the "Dynamite" introduction, with all the footage being replaced by clips of The Elite. They then interrupted AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland during his in-ring promo to reveal that they had picked Christian Cage to be his challenger at Double or Nothing on May 26.
