ROH News: Return Of Proving Ground, BJ Whitmer Note, New Claudio Castagnoli DVD, More

- Also announced for the January 18th event in Dearborn Michigan, ROH World Television Champion Adam Cole will be reopening the Proving Ground. His first opponent will be former ROH World Tag Team Champion Jimmy Jacobs.

- On another note, BJ Whitmer will be in attendance for the January 5, 2013 TV taping in Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, it's unknown if he will be cleared to wrestle following his landing through a table during his match at Final Battle 2012: Doomsday.

- The latest edition of Ring of Honor Wrestling is now available online to watch for free for GA Members of ROHWrestling.com.

- The newest DVD to the ROH online store, "Claudio Castagnoli: The Swiss Sensation" is a 2 disc set that chronicles on phase of the former ROH wrestler's career in Ring of Honor. See world class matches against the likes of Bryan Danielson, El Generico, Austin Aries and Alex Shelley, ROH World Title matches against Morishima, his duration as one half of the Kings of Wrestling alongside Chris Hero and how his ROH career was tied to Nigel McGuinness since his debut in 2005. "Claudio Castagnoli: The Swiss Sensation" is on sale now.

- Finally, this week's edition of Ring of Honor Wrestling is a special holiday edition that takes a look back at some of the best matches of 2012.
