"There have been times during a fight when I thought I was going to die. I thought to myself, 'I would rather break my neck than lose a fight,'" Rousey said. "I will never tap out of a fight because I know the feeling of losing. I know that I would rather die than lose a fight."

Rousey is tentatively set to return to action in January against Cat Zingano. Since moving from judo, where she won an Olympic bronze medal, to MMA, Rousey has won all 10 of her pro fights.

"It's not that I've never lost, it's that I've lost at the worst time,s so I know what a loss is," she said. "That's why I want to win so much more than these other girls."

- Conor McGregor will join the rest of the UFC next week in Brazil, as "Notorious" plans on attending UFC 179. The event features featherweight champion Jose Aldo facing off with Chad Mendes for a second time from Rio de Janeiro.

On Twitter recently, McGregor let it be known that he will be on-scene to see who "gets to face the KING" next.

"I am looking forward to going to Brazil this week to see the Number 1 contender fight between Aldo and Mendes," he posted.

However, despite the idea that McGregor could be next for the winner, the fighter himself sees another bout taking place before he cashes in.

"Because Aldo's body is weak and Mendes is 2 foot nothing, they will not be ready to challenge me for the throne until mid next year," McGregor wrote. "Myself, Uncle Frank (Fertitta) and the rest of La Familia are in the process of selecting another victim to eliminate."

- According to reports, UFC president Dana White and CEO Lorenzo Fertitta met with Georges St-Pierre in Canada recently. The three were spotted at a restaurant in Montreal. St-Pierre left the promotion last year, surrendering his welterweight title in the process.

White also noted on Twitter that he was headed to Montreal for a breakfast meeting with Fertitta after a stop in Chicago earlier this week.
